Spring Allergies
HVAC systems can help with indoor allergies during allergy season. Dusting and doing your “Spring Cleaning” is the first step in helping with your allergies. The 2nd step is to remember to change your Air Conditioning filter about once a month to keep your indoor air quality up. According to the EPA, the air inside your home may contain as much as five times the amount of pollutants as the air outside your front door, including allergens such as pollen, mold, dust mites or pet dander. Using Air Conditioning during warm, humid months can filter up to 99% of pollen and allergen-producing materials.
